Tamenglong, September 16 2016: Civil organization leaders of Longmai area, Longmai Pei (court), Longmai Village Authority and student union leaders inspected Tengkonjang Higher Secondary School, Longmai (Noney) today.

While checking the school registration book, the team found that two teachers have been absent since March 2016 while some were irregular in their duties.

When asked about the two teachers, the school authority said that they are being utilised in Nungba High School.

Besides, the school has inadequate science teachers.

Newly posted teachers were also accorded warm welcome by the team and expressed hope that the teachers would discharge their duties efficiently.
