HC designates 10 as senior advocates

Imphal, September 26 2024: The High Court of Manipur has designated 10 advocates as senior advocates with immediate effect.

In a notification issued Thursday, HC registrar general Ojesh Mutum informed that the advocates designated as senior advocates are Shimreishang Yangya, Haobam Tarunkumar Singh, Rarry Mangsatabam, Momota Devi Oinam, Naorem Umakanta Singh, Samarjit Hawaibam, Lamabam Anand Singh, Tayenjam Momo Singh, Athouba Khaidem and Umakanta Singh Rajkumar.

Decision on applications of the remaining 14 advocates, who have applied for designation of senior advocate, has been deferred, it further informed.
