Tousem SDO's camp office to begin operation

Imphal, January 20 2018: The agitation launched by CSOs of Tousem to shut down Tousem SDO's camp on December 11 last year, was called off yesterday following an assurance given by the district administration to start proper functioning of the sub divisional office from its headquarters in Tousem, partially with effect from Republic Day, conveyed a press release issued by president of Tousem Area Students' Organisation (TASO) . Considering the minimum security around banks, the district administration and bank officials have assured to install the bank concerned in Tousem before the financial year ends on March 31, it stated.

TASO expressed gratitude towards the district administration for providing a positive response regarding the matter and assured to extend maximum support for the betterment of the people.
