Demise of NIPCO ex-secretary Mandir condoled

Imphal, October 26 2023: National Identity Protection Council (NIPCO) and Manipur Women's Federation have condoled the untimely demise of NIPCO's former secretary for information & public relations and organisation Laishram Mandir in a tragic accident on Wednesday.

In separate releases, the two organisations informed that Laishram Mandir was also a member of UCM, advisor of Heirok Apunba Club and member of Thoubal District Child Welfare Committee.

They stated that a condolence meeting was held and observed a two-minute silence as a mark of respect to the departed soul and further prayed for the departed soul to rest in peace.

They also shared the pain and grief of the bereaved family.
