Chandel police celebrates advent Christmas

Chandel, December 07 2014: Chandel police along with their family members, CSOs, Chiefs and invitees celebrated advent Christmas for the second time at the district headquarters of the police station today.

CNPO president Ws.Kanral Anal, Chandel SDPO Modhuchandra Singh MPS attended as Chief Guest and functional president of the celebration, while newly posted Addl SP Chandel Lenin and RT Franky, PA to MLA of 41-CDL A/C made their presence as guests of honors.

Coordinator of Gospel Friends Chandel ST Luckson Anal presented Christmas message.

Chandel police station OC JK Haokip, led organisers of the event in welcoming the guests followed by a speech from the new Addl SP, Lenin.

Ws Kanral Anal while addressing the public wished the entire state police team an advanced Merry Christmas.

Thanking the contribution of the police in maintaining law and order in the district, he urged the force to build up good relationship with the CSO so that peace prevails in the district in particular and the state in general.

NWUC president Lh Bliss, MACA president Sng Lumdil Anal villages chief, pastors, leaders of women, youth and students bodies also attended the function.

Following the vote of thanks by Ts Angpu Anal, a love feast was served for all in the name of Christmas.
