ADG BSF Eastern Command visits State

Imphal, March 12 2024: Ravi Gandhi, Additional Director General (ADG) of Border Security Forces (BSF), Eastern Command Kolkata visited Manipur to take stock of operational preparedness of BSF in view of the prevailing situation.

The ADG visited various BSF Coy locations deployed at Churachandpur and Kakching districts and border town Moreh in Tengnoupal district along with Akhileshwar Singh, IG BSF M&C FTR and other senior officers, said a statement by the Public Relations Officer, M&C, Frontier BSF.

The ADG interacted with the BSF officers, troops and appreciated the contributions of BSF towards restoring peace and tranquility in the State and also encouraged the troops and motivated them to carry out their duties relentlessly with utmost professionalism.

He also visited the Subsidiary Training Centre (STC), BSF Churachandpur and reviewed the ongoing training in the centre.
