Relief Committee JNIMS appreciates

Relief Committee JNIMS has extended its appreciation to the generous individuals/ organisations who had provided generous donations to help the medical treatment of riot victims.
According to convenor Kambam Seityajit, Manipur Sahitya Parisad, Imphal made a generous donation of Rs 25,000 to the committee while Thoidingjam Budhachandra of Khurai Thoidingjam Leikai and Yumkhaibam Modhuchandra donated Rs 5,000 and Rs 1,000 respectively.
The Committee also extended its gratitude to Imphal East Deputy Commissioner, Khumanthem Diana Devi for donating a sum of Rs 50,000 to purchase medicines and other items.
Relief Committee JNIMS mentioned that it has been able to support the village volunteers and help the riot victims who were referred from relief camps set up across the State through the contributions and donations made by generous individuals/ organisations.
Relief Committee JNIMS further informed that a total of 1217 injured persons have been provided necessary medical care/ treatment at JNIMS Hospital and incurred an expenditure of about Rs 10 to purchase medicines for the patients till date.
