AMIMYDO vs DVA; HVA vs USWC in sub-jr boys' volleyball semis

Imphal, October 07 2023: The semi-final line up of the ongoing State Level Sub-Junior boys tournament was completed today with AMIMYDA, DVA, HVA and USWC registering quarter final victories.

AMIMYDO-Mayang Imphal outlasted YPC-Ishok 25-20, 25-19, 25-21 in the first quarter final match before HVA-Heigrujam got the better of NYVA-Naorem 25-19, 23-25, 25-22, 25-18 in the second quarter final match.

DVA-Thoubal in the meantime sealed a 25-16, 25-20, 25-22 win over SCYC-Senjam Chirang in the third quarter final match before USWC outlasted YSCK, Kelakhong 25-12, 25-18, 19-25, 25-15 in the last quarter final encounter.

TRYVC vs SDVA in women's final

In the meantime TRYVC-Kamjong will face off against SDVA-Senapati in the senior women's title clash tomorrow.

TRYVC secured a hard fought 25-18, 25-12, 10-25, 18-25, 16-14 win over MPSC to earn the final berth.

MPSC registered a 28-30, 25-21, 25-19, 22-25, 15-10 in a keenly contested Group A match today against SDVA-Senapati before NYVA defeated SDC-Samurou 25-23, 20-25, 25-27, 25-21 .

15-11 and SSC-Senapati thumped IGO 25-17, 25-17, 25-18 in Group B matches.

In the Group D matches staged later, YMDO-Heirangoithong outclassed AMYC-Andro 25-16, 25-22, 25-21 and KYLSC-Kachikhul overcame USWC-Uchiwa 25-15, 25-20, 25-21 .
