The Court heard the submission of Special PP that a viral voice message surfaced on various social media platforms instigating and provoking the public to rise for a large-scale violence against the Government of India.
During the investigation, evidence was found which linked Bidyananda with the viral voice message.

The Court, after hearing the submission of Special PP, the defence counsel and on perusal of the materials on record, observed that the investigation is almost over regarding the connection of Bidyananda with the alleged offences and there is no room for tampering of any material evidence.
The Court then passed an order releasing Laishram Bidyananda on bail on furnishing a PR bond of Rs one lakh with a surety of the same amount (Government employee) .
