Uproar marred State League, again

Since the inception of Manipur State League Football tournament, quarrelling and brawl have always marred the plays and clash between NEROCA and Manipur Police in the ongoing 8th Manipur State League being organised by All Manipur Football Association at Mapal Kangjeibung here today was no different.
.LAbothoi of MPSC scored the first goal for his team in the 12th minute of the match.
After great effort, NEROCA managed to equalise score tally through its M.Deepak in the last 90th minute of the match.
However, it was declared as off side by the match referee.
Angry players of NEROCA and their supporters instantly surrounded the referee creating an unruly scene.
Such incidents normally occurred due to the lack of adequate security during the last four minutes of the added time.
The match could not resume for last 40 minutes while waiting for the arrival of security.
The officials of NEROCA brought the situation under control by pacifying irate players and supporters of NEROCA.
As per the rules and regulations, the remaining 4 minutes of the match would be played on 22nd October, 2013 at 8:30 am at the same venue.
The match will resume from the point of the indirect free kick awarded in favour of MPSC team for the off-side offence.
In another of the tournament, SSU Singjamei crushed KSC Nambulane by 5-1 goals.
.LGogocha of SSU scored a hat trick winning three goals in the 61st, 88th and 90th minute of the match.
Team mates Md.Imran Khan and Md.Sahidur Rahaman also scored 1 goal each in the 87th and 3rd minute of the match.
Hanglen Max of KSC could score the lone goal of his team in the 44th minute of the match.
