400 BRM concludes with 9 cyclists completing course

Imphal, February 03 2021:
Nine of the total 10 endurance cyclists successfully completed the 400 BRM, the first ultra-cycling event organised in the State by Imphal Randonneurs.
The 400 krn ultra distance cycling event culminated at NCC Officers Mess on January 31 after 27 hours of challenging ride covering tough terrains in 8 different districts across the State, a statement of Manipur Adventure and Mountain Biking Association (MAAMBA) to which Imphal Randonneurs is aultra cycling wing.
The event was flagged off from Palace Compound at 8 am on January 30 with the participation of 10 cyclists and Dr Ng Arunkumar, president of MAAMBA and Y Roberson, secretary of MAAMBA as ride responsible, it said.
One cyclist however failed to complete the event, it said.
The Imphal Randonneurs also thanked Hotel Imphal, Five and Ten Store, Pombi Cafe, NCC Officers Mess and all the volunteers who supported the event.
