Imphal, November 16:
Refuting the claims of the UNLF that it has inflicted heavy casualties on the security force in two encounters at CCpur district on November 13, PIB Defence Wing, quoting army authority today, said that on the other hand three activists of the UNLF were killed while many others were injured in the two incidents at Umtal area in Singhat sub division on November 13.So far 24 militants have been killed while another 53 have been arrested in the ongoing operation, claimed the statement.
