Imphal, September 09 2015 :
Empty trucks from Imphal began crossing over the Barak bridge from 1 pm on Wednesday.
However, around 250 Imphal-bound loaded trucks are still stranded along the Imphal-Jiribam road.
The repairing on the Barak bridge is now almost finished.
A total of 22 LPG bullet tankers, 37 oil tankers and 191 goods-laden trucks are still stranded along the National Highway 37 waiting for the completion of the repairing work on the bridge, reported Jiri News Network.
Movement of vehicles along the supply route had been halted following the collapse of Barak bridge on August 25 .
