Imphal, April 16 2017:
Decrying that hiring charges for vehicles requisitioned for the 11th Manipur Legislative Assembly election have not been paid till date despite the assurance of the Chief Election Officer (CEO) that 50 per cent of the hiring charges would be paid soon after the election was over, the United Bus Owners' Welfare Association has threatened to launch intense modes of agitation if the vehicle hiring charges are not paid at the earliest.
