MPP asks CM to step down

Imphal, June 25 2015 :
Manipur Peoples Party has asked CM O Ibobi to step down since he has failed to rule the state.
Ex-Vice President and Spokesperson, MPP in a press note has stated that to look after the construction of roads or repairing drainage is not the actual work of a leader like CM.
As the head of govt.CM should be responsible for development, employment, economy, tourism, sports, law and order and to handle all these in chain should have a concrete plan and policy.
The Spokesperson has also said that indefinite economic blockade and counter economic blockade by ATSUM and MYFIMF respectively has already been underway letting poor people to suffer.
The CM instead of trying to solve the matter continues to adopt wait and watch policy, it blamed.
