A two day training workshop on documentation of traditional knowledge associated with biodiversity and revitalization of local health traditions in Manipur concluded on Friday.
The training workshop was held at the forest department, Sanjenthong, Imphal .It was organized by Manipur biodiversity board under the aegis of federation for revitalization and local health traditions (FRLHT) Bangalore.
In the training workshop, the advantages of the ayurvedic plants and other materials for curing various types of diseases were discussed.
Dr.Parijat Singh, health minister, Singsit, chief conservator of forest, D.S Pooniya, chief secretary of Manipur and several other delegates from Bangalore were present on the concluding day of the training programme.
