Multi speciality medical camp

21 Assam Rifles of 28 Sector under the aegis of Hqs IGAR (S) in collaboration with Manipur State Health Society organised a Multi Speciality Medical Camp at Sajik Tampak, Chandel district yesterday.
Free transport was also provided to the locals residing in adjoining villages.
The camp was inaugurated by Brigadier Gajendra Joshi, SM, Commander 28 Setcor Assam Rifles.
Over 510 locals availed free medical check up and treatment in the camp.
Medical facilities like ultra sound, x-ray, dental check-up, immunization for children and TB and AIDS check up were also extended to the locals.
A total of 510 patients from Sajik Tampak village and adjoining villages were treated/ diagnosed during the camp, informed a statement issued by the PRO of IGAR (S) .
