Imphal, May 30:
A fifty five year old man who was hospitalised in a private clinic after being electrocuted on May 28 succumbed to his injuries today.
Sources said that the incident occurred when the man came in contact with a HT line which had fallen on the ground near Tronglaobi crossing.
The victim has been identified as one Toijam Abung of Moirang Khutekpi.
The victim's body was handed over to family members after post mortem at RIMS today.
Meanwhile, the two unidentified bodies found on May 26 at Saikul bus stand and near Chingmeirong police out are still lying at RIMS morgue as no family members have come forward to identity or claim the two bodies.
According to another report the body of Nongthongbam Shyamjai is still lying at RIMS morgue as the man's family members have refused to take back the body.
Reports further said that the JAC which was formed in connection with his death have even imposed a bandh on the Tiddim road.
