KNF-N alleges State force, AR, KNA of having deceptive link with KNLA

The Kuki National Front (Nehlun), a non SoO Kuki militant outfit alleged the State security force, the Assam Rifles and the SoO signatory KNA of working together with the Kuki National Liberation Army (KNLA) in Phailengmol area.
The outfit Information and Publicity Secretary, Gou @ Kuki said that Imphal East Police Commando, 26 Assam Rifles and the Kuki National Army (KNA) under Suspension of Operation are helping the Kuki National Liberation Army (KNLA) in disrupting the peaceful environment of Phailengmol area in Kangpokpi district.
He continued that the KNLA has been continuously harassing the innocent people of Phailengmol area.
He also alleged that the self-styled C-in-C of the KNLA, Ngamkhogin Kipgen s/o Henthang Kipgen, who is also the chief of Gamnom village was helped by SoO group KLO/KLA Home Secretary Chungsat Khongsai by supplying weapons in eliminating the chief of Hengjang village, (L) Thangneo Kipgen and his nephew (L) Thangminlun Haokip in July 12, 2019 .
He pointed out that the Government still remained a mute spectator over the brutal murder case while the KLO/KLA Home Secretary, Chungsat Khongsai is yet to be nabbed for breaking the SoO ground rules.
Now, the murderer of innocent village chief and his nephew became the self-styled C-in-C of KNLA and the police commando including the Assam Rifles and the KNA have established link with them to harrassed the people of Phailengmol area and disrupt the peaceful environment apart from indulging in kidnapping of contractors in the area, he added.
Drawing the attention of the Government and the State Home Department, Gou@Kuki said that the Government should not become deaf and blind upon the hardships and suffering of the innocent people of Phailengmol area who could not settle in peace and harmony in the area owing to the continuous harassment and disruption of peace by the KNLA supported by the State police commando, Assam Rifles and the SoO signatory KNO/KNA.
The KNF-N further urged the State Government and the State Home Department to strictly monitor and investigate the SoO signatory groups breaking the ground rules; the State police Commando and the Assam Rifles allegedly having deceptive links with a gang carrying out various antisocial activities.
