CSF organises cancer awareness programme

Chhabi Sahayog Foundation(CSF), Delhi conducted Cancer warriors felicitation and Cancer Awareness Programme today at AIIMS Hospital, New Delhi.
The programme was dedicated to the late beloved cancer warrior Swagata Show who lost his battle against cancer recently.
The event was attended by Bashant Sharma, founder, The Morning Bell; Rajkumar Raju Singh, vice chairman, CSF; Manju sharma Adhikari, head of department, Delhi Prant, CSF; Leikoiba Heigrujam; Partha Roy, general secretary, CSF, doctors from AIIMS, team from National Medico Organisation (NMO); Dr GA Sunil Sharma, 24 Cancer Warriors amongst other.
Cancer warriors were felicitated with sarees, shirts and fruits.
30% of the cancer warriors were children.
This was followed by a Cancer awareness programme by Chhabi Sahayog Foundation in Aiims and Safdarjung hospital which had information about signs and symptoms, screening and healthy lifestyle to avoid cancer.
Chhabi Sahayog foundation believes in empowering and educating Cancer patients and their families and provides financial guidance, accommodation at limited token price and other services to cancer patients.
