Superintendent of Police of Bishnupur district K Jayanta briefing newspersons about the arrest of the two KCP-MTF cadres at his office yesterday had claimed that the outfit's army-in-chief Wahengbam dilip alias Tomba of Toubul and Sarangthem Ongbi Sandhyarani of Hiyangthang Maning Ward No-III revealed of receiving the amount from the MLA.Clarifying on the matter while speaking to newspersons at his Babupara quarter today, Dr Ibohalbi asserted that he had neither contacted any member of the outfit through telephone nor provided the said amount.
