Young film maker Haobam Paban Kumar has once again hit the bull's eye by bagging the Best Non-Feature Film on Social Issues in India with his film 'Mr India" during the 57th National Film Award festival, 2009 at Delhi today.
Produced and directed by Haobam Pawankumar, 'Mister india,' based on HIV positive body builder Khundrakpam Pradipkumar has been conferred with the 'Rajat Kamal Award' in 'best social issue' film section of the award.
The award presentation ceremony was held at New Delhi today.
The award for the 45.28 minute documentary film carries a citation and Rs 1 lakh award.
