Demise of David Charii Moyon condoled

Imphal, July 07 2022: Moyon Naga Council (BAP), Moyon Women's Organisation (BSR) and Moyon Naga Students' Union (TTBR) have condoled the sudden demise of Dearson David Charii Moyon, who passed away at the age of 67, on July 6 at Jalukie in Nagaland.

In a joint release, BAP and TTBR stated that Dearson Moyon during his lifetime was TTBR president; Naga Students' Association, Manipur assistant joint general secretary; ANSAM general secretary, speaker & president; UNC secretary; NSUC founding member and member of Committee on Restoration of Normalcy initiated by CM Manipur during Naga-Kuki conflict in 1993-1994.His funeral rites were conducted by St Paul's Parish assistant parish priest reverend Joseph Haomuonlian at his native village, Kapaam in Chandel district, which was attended by delegates of various organisations from across the state and beyond, it added.
