Imphal, August 23 2022:
While refuting the allegations levelled by Congress youth leader N Popilal on August 20 against RIMS director, RIMS Nurses' Association Lamphelpat (RNAL) has condemned the baseless as well as indecorous languages used by Popilal.
While observing that Popilal's allegations smack of vested interest, RNAL president T Sunita Chanu questioned Popilal about his interest in RIMS and how much he knows about the institute.
Urging Popilal or any other private individuals not to tarnish the image and reputation of the director, saying that the director has been working tirelessly for development of the hospital and welfare of its staffers, she called upon all concerned not to politicise RIMS and sought cooperation of the public to enable the hospital work for the people peacefully.
She also demanded Popilal to clarify to the association about his claim without further delay.
