Imphal, July 08 2021: Edibles and other relief items continued to be provided to households in containment zones as well as needy families by various organisations and individuals.

On Thursday, BJP Kisan Morcha vice president Dr Ksh Kala distributed edibles to 43 households under containment zones in Khundrakpam assembly constituency while Covid-19 2nd Wave Fighting Task Force BJP Lamlai Mandal chairman Kh Ibomcha distributed cash and edibles to families under containment zones in Yourabung, Your-abung Khunou, Nungoi Khunou, Sawombung Thongkhong, Sanjenbam Khunou and Sangsabi.

Similarly, social worker Wahengbam Dineshchandra in collaboration with Yengkhom Leirak Development Club under Patsoi AC distributed edibles, face masks and hand sanitizers to 450 households in the locality which have been affected by the Covid-19.BJP Manipur Pradesh vice president and former Wabagai AC MLA Dr Usham Deben in collaboration with Youth's Ideal Club (YDC), Wabagai Makha Leikai under Wabagai AC distributed edibles to 150 households in the locality on Thursday.
