AR organises medical camp, screens patriotic movie

Imphal, November 07 2014 : Under the motto "Doctor at the Door step", the 9 Assam Rifles of 26 Sector AR under HQ IGAR (South) organised a medical camp at H Mongjang village, Moreh today.

The Medical Official and paramedical staff of the unit provided all necessary medical assistance to the patients.

Around 75 patients of H Mongjang village and adjoining villages were treated/ diagnosed during the camp, said a statement of PRO, IGAR (South) Meanwhile, the 24 Assam Rifles of 26 Sector AR under HQ IGAR (South) organised the screening of Patriotic movie for local populace of village Khudenthabi on November 6.The patriotic movie apart from providing healthy entertainment greatly motivated the youth and aroused patriotic feelings in one and all.

The event proved to be a crowd puller and villagers chipped in large numbers for viewing the movie.
