The All Naga Students' Association, Manipur (ANSAM) has fervently appealed to Mao Council and Southern Angami Public Organisation (SAPO) to resolve their differences amicably.

It also appealed the two bodies for restraint, patience, and tolerance against disturbing the daily activities of the public, particularly the students' community, the future of "our people", whose careers and fraternal spirits are valued assets of the Naga people.
"Placing our utmost confidence in the wisdom of the leaders of the Mao Council and the Southern Angami Public Organization, the ANSAM make this humble submission in hope that the spirit of peaceful reconciliation and resolution of the issue would prevail for the greater interest of the Nagas at large," ANSAM said.
