The fourth batch of the three-day Post Harvest Technology training at KVK Senapati campus concluded today and at the same time, the fifth batch began at the same venue.
The ongoing training programme on Post Harvest Technology is held under the sponsorship of Department of Bio-Technology, Govt of India and organized by Amity International Centre for Post Harvest Technology & Cold Chain Management, (AICPHT&CCM), Amity University, Noida, UP in collaboration with Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK) Hengbung, Senapati district, Manipur.
More than 35 farmers including rural youth and farm women participated in the fourth batch of the training programme which concluded today.
Meanwhile, the fifth batch training programme was inaugurated by Dr N Jyotsna, Programme Coordinator, KVK, Hengbung today.
Naga Laxmi M Raman and Dr Neeru Dubey from Amity University and Nemnu Hangshing from KVK-Senapati were the resource persons of the technical sessions of the training programme attended by 30 rural girls and boys from different parts of the district.
