Pinning of black badges concludes

Pinning of black badges as a part of the fortnight long observance of Puya Mei Thaba commemoration organised jointly by ICOP and MNF along with the various communities concluded today.
The concluding function was hosted by Film Forum Manipur (FFM) at its office at Lamphel and another one being hosted by MNP+ at its office at Yaiskul Hiruhanba Leikai.
On both the occasions Thokchom Thouyamba was present as resource person.
Speaking on the occasion, Thokchom Thouyamba said that it has been wrongly interpreted that those people who are working for the preservation and promotion of Sanamahi religion are against people who follow Hinduism.
But in reality Sanamahi religion is not against any religion.
The followers of Sanamahi religion are only trying to bring back the lost culture and identity which have been destroyed by Shantidas Gosai.
The function was graced by L Surjakanta, Chairman, FFM as President.
While L Deven, Treasure of MNP+ and Y Sundari, Vice President, AMADA were presidium members at the function held at the office of MNP+ .
Similar, functions were also held at Alpha BCI Memorial Academy, Tiny Tots Unique School, EK Hr Sec School, New Era
English School.
