He also pointed out that the government has taken up various successful health schemes such as CMHT and PMJAY for the people.
Stressing the need for spreading awareness among the masses regarding the healthcare initiatives of the CM; Dr Ranjan said that 'Health for All' scheme would aid the people in early diagnosis of ailments.
He then urged the people to avail the scheme, while further urging the healthcare staffers to be selfless in their service to the people for the overall welfare of the society.
"Effective implementation of the 'Health for All' scheme will help in reducing the medical expenses," he stressed.
While noting that the Covid-19 pandemic has affected almost every family in the state, Dr Ranjan, explained that the government is working hard to improve and bring about a robust health care system.
Although the pandemic is not yet fully curbed and there are concerns of a third wave, the situation is still stable for now.
Meanwhile, public meetings are on the rise owing to the upcoming polls.
As such, he urged all concerned to strictly follow Covid Appropriate Behaviour (CAB), adding that the people need to remain vigilant and avoid getting sick.
Dr Ranjan further stated that state government is considering health and wellness of the people as priority.
The Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Jan Aushadhi was launched with the objective of making quality generic medicines available at affordable prices to all.
Under this scheme, dedicated outlets known as Jan Aushadhi Kendras are opened to provide generic medicines at affordable prices, he added.
IPR/Fishery director H Balkrishna, who attended the function as guest of honour, said that the birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabha Patel is observed on October 31 as National Unity Day across the country.
He spoke about the roles and contributions of Sardar Vallabha Patel towards political integration of the country.

He then stressed the need for opening more Janausadhi pharmacies in remote areas for the benefit of poor and marginalised families.
Delivering the presidential speech, Khurai AC MLA L Susindro urged against spreading misinformation about the medicines being provided under Jan Aushadhi.
He also urged JNIMS doctors to prescribe medicines which could be purchased from Jan Aushadhi stores, thereby saving the patients from bearing huge medical expenses.
The MLA then expressed belief that the scheme would aid in eliminating poverty in the state, while suggesting the pharmacies around JNIMS to only keep medicines which are not available in the Jan Aushadhi stores.
Stating that awareness programmes on Jan Aushadhi Scheme would be organised in Khurai AC, Susindro said that the stores also need to be opened in RIMS.
As such, he has already contacted the director of RIMS in this regard.
The Sammelan was attended by JNlMS director Dr Laishram Deben, MS Dr Kh Lokeshwar and IPR director H Balkrishna as guests of honour.
During the function, some people who have been using Aushadhi medicines shared their experiences and gifts were presented to Aushadhi Mitras by the dignitaries.
