Imphal, October 29 2021: Manager Women Helpline, Department of Social Welfare, G Ravi Sharma stated that due to some technical problems with their phone regular toll free number "181" is not functioning, instead Women Helpline can be now contacted to alternative mobile number-700 577 6144 in order to provide uninterrupted service to the public.
