Imphal, February 17 2014:
In the wake of oil pumps allocating limited quantity of petroleum products to public, a team of Manipur Students' Federation (MSF) led by its auditor general Syed Nawaz Khan today paid an inspection visit to several oil pumps in the city and found some pumps giving oils to government officials in bottles and gallons not caring about the long line of people standing to get oil for their engined-vehicles.
Taking serious note over the disparity, the MSF has warned the oil pumps not to give petrol or diesel to selected near and dear ones in bottles and containers and cautioned that any untoward incidents arising thereof should be the sole responsibility of the oil pump owners.
Meanwhile, another team of MSF comprising its founder chairman Th Udoi Luwang, president MD Serajuddin and general secretary O Nandababu, is reportedly camping in Delhi to assess the violent activities and racial discrimination committed against the people of north east origin in the national capital.
