Many condemn bomb blast at Chandel

The BJP, Chandel district has strongly condemned the blast at Mahamani village, Chandel DHQs, conveyed a press release issued by general secretary of BJP Chandel.
The party conveyed heartfelt condolence to the bereaved families of the AR Jawans.
The party appealed the group/organisation concerned not to indulge in such act of terrorism in the future.
The Chandel Naga People's Organisation (CNPO) and its subordinate units have also condemned the explosion today which killed two Jawans and injured many.
A press release issued by president of CNPO stated that the apex body on behalf of all the people in Chandel expressed heartfelt condolence to the bereaved families and speedy recovery of the injured Jawans.
It stated that such cowardice act was committed to disturb the peace and harmony of the people living in Chandel.
It urged the organisation concerned to clarify with reasons within November 15 and cautioned to impose 24 hour total bandh on Pallel-Chandel and Moreh road, from midnight of November 15 to midnight of November 16 .
The CNPO and its subordinate units also organised a sit-in-protest at DC, Lamkhai in which villagers of Mahamani, Kanankhu Khurinkhu, Sinadam and Daampi participated.
Meanwhile, Anal Naga Tangpi (ANTA) has strongly condemned the blast which cost the lives of two Jawans.
A press release issued by general secretary of ANT A urged the organisation concerned to refrain from committing such barbaric act in the future.
Thei Naga Chiefs Association, Chandel (NCAC) also condemned the blast and urged the authority concerned to carry out thorough investigation to nab the culprit and unearth their intention.
