No claim of Sapam Robinhood's body: family

Manipur Govt till date has not said a word either to late Robinhood's family or to the Joint Action Committee which was formed against the killing of Sapam Robinhood.
"Robinhood had sacrificed his life for the people, so we will not claim his body till the implementation of Inner Line Permit System in Manipur," said late Robinhood's uncle, Sapam Ratankumar on Friday.
"Robinhood usually would not have food before going to school but that fateful day, he had food and went to attend his class.
Robinhood went to participate in the students rally after the third period, but the family was soon informed of his admission at hospital" recalled the uncle.
Thanking the unknown person who was attending Robinhood at Public Hospital, Ratankumar also revealed that Robinhood was already dead before he was referred to Raj Medicity.
Meanwhile, Meira Paibis and Clubs of Singjamei Waikhom Leikai, Council of Teachers Association, Women Welfare Association Tangkham Maning Leikai, Tangkham Makha Leikai Semgatpa Nupi Lup, Khurai Chingabam Leikai Meira Paibi, Khurai Sajor Leikai, Khurai LaishramLeikai Meira Paibi, Netaji Memorial Club, Khurai Ningthoubung Leikai Meira Paibi, Meira Paibis of Singjamei Wangma Kshetri Leikai LP School to Awang Leirak Thong and Pureiromba Keithel Nupi Seba Committee Konung Mamang, on Friday extended monetary aid to late Robinhood's family.
Supporting the ongoing demand for implementation ILP system in Manipur, All Manipur School Students Transporters Association (AMSSTA) on Friday formed human chain, shouted slogans and staged sit-in protest at the community hall of Youth Rising Star Club of Kwakeithel Makha Thokchom Leikai.
Urging the Govt to reopen educational institutes which have remained closed since July 8 last, the association also demanded closure of all institutes in the State if the Govt is not willing to reopen schools and colleges in the Greater Imphal area.

Pharmacy shop owners at RIMS road, Salai Taret Apunba Nupi Lup, Diesel Auto Owner cum Driver Union, Siroy Transport Co-Operative Society, women street vendors of WahengbamLeikai, meirapaibis of Wangoi Wahengbam Leikai, vendors of Nambol also staged sit-in protests.
People of Khurai Salanthong, Lairikyengbam Leirak, Dinku Road continued their agitation with blocking roads while Kabuis of Khuman Lampak Namdulung village and women vendors of Khuman Lampak ChingTam Keithel supported the ongoing mass movement on ILP.
