Imphal, March 11 2016 :
Chief Secretary O Nabkishore has launched LPG refill cylinder of 5 kg capacity at Classic Hotel here today.
On account of its portability and easy accessibility which requires only one identity proof document, the LPG refills of 5 Kg capacity would be very handy and convenient for students, labourers and people staying in rented houses, said the Chief Secretary.
The backlog in terms of LPG refill distribution has been reduced considerably in the last couple of months as a result of the concerted efforts of IOC, LPG distributors, transporters and all concerned.
The sustained campaign undertaken by The Sangai Express on LPG distribution was another factor which contributed to the remarkable improvement in supply and distribution of LPG in the State, remarked the Chief Secretary.
