COVID-19 awareness / poster campaign held

With an aim to fight collectively against the COVID-19 pandemic, Celin Digital has been organising COVID-19 awareness cum poster campaigns widely across the State to sensitize the masses.
In continuation of such an initiative, a COVID-19 awareness cum poster campaign was held at Laipharok Maring village in Saikul Assembly Constituency today, said a press release by Celin Digital.
Speaking on the occasion, producer of Celin Digital, Phanjoubam Lanajit expressed concern over the recent surge in Covid positive cases in the State and detection of the new variant Omicron.
In view of the above scenario, he appealed to all to take up extra precautions to ensure that the situation is under control.
He also urged all to strictly follow the SOPs laid by the competent authorities to check the further spread of Coronavirus.
The campaign was also attended by Ksh James, field publicity officer (FPO), S Shanti Sharma, RO, Celin Digital and its executive members, added the press release.
It may be noted that a similar campaign was also held at Langdum in Imphal East district yesterday.
