Imphal, December 07 2022:
It's no wonder some of the most recognised names in app development are practically kids.
Joining the list of these names, a kid from Manipur has yet again developed an app named "Scanner Call" which could read any mobile number in image format and make a call direct to the number without dialling it.
Baldeep Ningthoujam, a class XI student of Comet School, who has already launched two apps, namely Receipt App' and Coroboi', launched his third app in function held at Manipur Press Club here, on Wednesday.
Speaking to media persons, Baldeep, son of N Kishan Singh and Nebidita Devi of Kha Naorem Leikai, informed that he had been concentrating his time and effort to develop his third app since last month.
"This app enables a user to scan any image and detect any phone number in the image format and make a call directly without re-dialling the number.
The app detects any image captured by a mobile camera or in the gallery of a mobile phone and can immediately make call.
The app will help multi tasking people or people who have many mobile numbers in the contact list".
He further informed that the app is now available on playstore for use or one can visit the link https://scanner.bnmanipur.tech/install and make use of it.
