IPSA celebrates

International Peace and Social Advancement (IPSA) celebrated its 16th foundation day at Yaibirel Destitute Children Home, Sanapat in Imphal East district today.
IPSA President Johnson Elangbam and Yaibirel Destitute Children Home President Yanglen Piba graced the function as chief guest and president respectively.
Kanglamei President Leirik Leima, KIL President RK Sanahanbi, ACOAM Lup President Ksh Somorendro, NIPCO President Sunil Karam, UCM General Secretary Joychandra and CLK Advisor Langdon Leima also attended the function as guests of honour.
Speaking at the function, Johnson Elangbam said that State Government's move to close down educational institutes indefinitely was not a right decision.
Demanding the Government to open the educational institutes at the earliest, Johnson urged to bring an amicable solution to the issue of ILPS through dialogues.
Later in the function, IPSA donated ration items to Yaibirel Destitute Children Home.
