State level Declamation Contest conducted

Imphal, December 21 2021: Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangathan (NYKS) Imphal, Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India organized a State level Declamation Contest today at the Kombirei Conference hall in DC Office complex, Lamphelpat.

The declamation contest has been organised in connection with the upcoming Republic Day 2022 celebration on patriotism and nation building under the theme 'Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas, Sabka Prayas' (Together we grow, together we prosper, together we try, together we build a strong and inclusive India), said a press release by NYKS Imphal.

Today's contest was participated by nine youths who are the district level winners.

Kumari Chingkheinganbi Keithellakpam of Imphal West district, Kumari Khangembam Dayapati of Thoubal district and Lokho Kajine of Senapati district secured the first, second and third positions respectively and they were presented with cash awards by Jackie Ruivah, Regional Director, NYKS, Guwahati, added the press release.

The above winners will represent Manipur in the National level competition to be held in January at New Delhi.
