MNCA Men's U-19: RULE, PTCC, YPHUC, SCCC carry the day

Imphal, April 24 2025:
RULE, PTCC, YPHUC and SCCC emerged the victors in Thursday's matches of the 3rd MNCA Mens U-19 One Day Trophy 2024-25.PTCC thumped SU by 8 wickets at Lairenjam Public Ground, Imphal.
SU struggled to build momentum after being put in to bat, eventually bowled out for 102 in 36.3 overs.
Keisham Yalkhomba (33 off 104) offered resistance, but PTCC's bowlers were relentless.
Hirachandra Laitonjam was the standout performer, dismantling SU's lower order with a sensational 5-wicket haul (5/20 in 6.3 overs).
Loukrakpam Anao Singh (2/11) and Langamba Ninggombam (2/20) provided crucial support.
In reply, PTCC chased down the target with ease, reaching 103/2 in just 17 overs.
Po-lenjit Mayengbam (44 off 50) and Ningombam Roberson Singh (37* off 49) anchored the innings with a composed 86-run partnership before SU's Sagolsem Hemjit Singh struck twice in quick succession.
However, Harishor Mayngbam (5*) ensured PTCC crossed the line comfortably.
RULE romped to a 9-wicket win over FORCE at Moijing Public Ground, Thoubal.
FORCE's batting lineup crumbled under pressure, managing a paltry 67 all out in 19.5 overs.
Rojit Singh Angomcha (4/12 in 4 overs) and Ng Nongpoknganba (3/16 in 6 overs) ran riot, leaving FORCE reeling.
Only Reewaj Khan (15*) showed some fight.
RULE made light work of the chase, cruising to 68/1 in just 9.5 overs.
Indrakumar Singh Sanjenbam (22* off 13) played a fiery cameo, while Ng Nongpoknganba (16 off 24) provided stability before falling to Nasir Hussain.
The victory was sealed with a whopping 40.1 overs to spare, highlighting RULE'S dominance.
YPHUC outclassed REYS by 7 wickets at Khudelband Lampak, Taothong (Lamshang).
REYS posted 132 in 19.3 overs, thanks to a scintillating 57 off 32 balls (11 fours) from Ringku Kangujam and a steady 42 from captain Sapam Bikash Singh.
However, Birbal Irom (6/34 in 6.3 overs) and Gurumayum Prince Sharma (3/19 in 6 overs) ensured REYS were restricted to a below-par total.
YPHUC's chase was anchored by Irom Ishor, who played a mature innings of 63 off 75 balls (5 fours, 1 six) .
Konsam Mangal Singh (30*) provided solid support as YPHUC reached 133/3 in 28.4 overs, sealing a 7-wicket win.
SCCC beat SCC by 44 runs at Public Ground, Khangabok Part-III Cherapur, Thoubal.
SCCC were bowled out for 110 in 19.2 overs, with Konthoujam Tomthinganba Singh (25 off 25) and Rex Waikhom (12 off 10) contributing brief cameos.
Midanash (5/29 in 5.2 overs) was the destroyer for SSC.
In reply, SSC collapsed to 66 all out in 22.4 overs, thanks to disciplined bowling from Rex Waikhom (3/19 in 8 overs) and Taibanganba Elangbam (2/7 in 3 overs) .
Only Md Anash (19) reached double figures as SCCC secured a 44-run victory.
