U-17 Girls Football : YWC-L demolish Khuman FA 17-0, ESU devastate ICSA 12-0

The Young Welfare Club, Langthabal (YWC-L) and Eastern Sporting Union (ESU), Wangkhei posted lopsided victories in today's matches of the U-17 Khelo India Girls Football League hosted by the All Manipur Football Association at Artificial Turf Ground, Lamlong Thongkhong.
In the 20th match of the tournament staged this afternoon, Thokchom Remi and Loukrakpam Seityamala ran riot to inspire YWC-L the emphatic 17-0 victory.
Sorokhaibam Silky opened the floodgate by adding twice back to back in the 5th and the 7th minutes before Remi (25, 45', 46', 58', 80+1') and Seityamala (31', 34', 36', 74', 76') banged in five goals each to set up the huge win against hapless Khuman FA.
Laishram Bidyalaxmi (19', 29') also contributed two goals to YWC-L's tally as Yendrembam Thoithoi (42'), Chingakham Alina (52') and Aganina Wahengbam (54') added a goal apiece.
Later in the day, Longjam Nira (10', 48', 54', 70') and Naorem Henerita (17', 23', 35', 68') scored four goals each to steer ESU to a 12-0 win against ICSA, Irengbam.
Chandam Anjali (34', 77') and Athokpam Luxmi (80+1', 80+2') also grabbed two goals apiece to set up the huge victory for ESU against the Irengbam team.
