Imphal, March 28 2025: Imphal Riding Club, Lamphel raced into the final of the 3rd Chittamohini State Women's Cup with a 23-2 demolition of Manipur Police Sports Club (MPSC) today.

M Priya and Kh Deventy displayed great riding and scoring skills today to contribute 19 goals together across all the four chukkers in Imphal Riding Club's emphatic victory against MPSC in the opening match of the four-team tournament.

The tournament is organised by the Manipur Horse Riding and Polo Association (MHRPA) in the knock-out format.

Imphal Riding Club earned a comprehensive 6-0 first chukker lead as M Priya added thrice, Deventy added twice and Th Tanna added on goal.

The second chukker saw Deventy, Priya and Th Tanna scoring two goals apiece and M Bijenti adding a goal to make it 13-1 against MPSC whose Gaijillu Golmei scored a goal.

Deventy scored three and Priya added twice in the third chukker to further extend the lead to 18-2 as L Sushila scored the second and final goal for MPSC before Deventy scored twice to complete her 9 goals and Priya added thrice to complete her haul of 10 goals and set up the 23-2 win.
