MODEL crush NCA in Luwangpokpa T20 trophy

Imphal, April 28 2025: Captain Langlonyamba Singh scored 103 and took three wickets as MODEL, Singjamei Chingamakha defeated NCA, Ningthoukhong by 172 runs in Monday's match of the 5th MNCA Luwangpokpa T20 Trophy at Model Higher Secondary & Oriental College Ground.

Batting first, MODEL posted 237/5 with Suson Yanglem Singh (45) and Thoudam Deepak Singh (23) being the other notable contributors to the team score, as NCA's Pradeep Takhellambam claimed three Model scalps.

MODEL bowlers, Biyon Naorem (three wickets), Langlonyamba and Waikhom Priyokumar Singh (two) then bowled out NCA for a paltry 65 runs in 19.4 overs to complete the comprehensive victory.
