Polo: IRC romp past MPSC 23-2 in 3rd Chittamohini State Women's Cup

Imphal, March 28 2025: Imphal Riding Club (IRC) galloped their way to a monumental 23-2 win over MPSC as the 3rd Chittamohini State Women's Cup 2025 kicked off at Mapal Kangjeibung on Friday.

IRC's attacking prowess was on full display, with M Priya spearheading the charge by netting an impressive 10 goals.

She was closely followed by Kh Deventy, whose clinical finishing earned her nine goals, keeping the opposition defenders under relentless pressure.

Th Tanna added a well-executed hat-trick, while M Bijenti contributed a goal to cap off an emphatic team performance.

MPSC, though outmatched, showed glimpses of resistance with consolation goals from Gaijillu Golmei and L Sushila.

However, their defence struggled to contain IRC's relentless offensive waves, leaving them with much to reassess ahead of their next fixture.
