Imphal, March 22 2025: Black Watch PC and MPSC-B triumphed in their respective quarterfinal matches to complete the semifinal lineup of the 37th N Hazari & Dr N Tombi State Polo Tournament 2025 .

Black Watch PC booked their place in the last four with an 11-8 victory over Assam Rifles Polo Team-A .

Th Nongpoknganba was the star of the show, delivering a stellar performance with six crucial goals, while P Ojit Singh added five to the tally, ensuring their team's dominance.

Despite a valiant effort from the Assam Rifles riders, who were led by Kh Chandrakumar and Kh Shushilo Singh with three goals each, and M Kuber's two-goal contribution, they fell short in their quest for a semifinal spot.

MPSC-B, on the other hand, ensured their spot in the semifinals with 7-4 drubbing of Tentha Polo Club-A.S Abungcha led the charge with a hat-trick, while Viking Salam added two goals to the scoreboard.

O Suresh and T Pradeep also made valuable contributions with a goal each, sealing a comfortable victory for MPSC-B .

Tentha Polo Club-A fought bravely, with Dollar Soram scoring twice, and S Sadananda and L Rohit Singh adding one goal each, but their efforts were not enough to overcome MPSC-B's relentless attack.
