Tap water supply to halt from Apr 5-7

Imphal, April 02 2025: Public Health Engineering Department (PHED), Water Supply Project Construction Division has informed the public and consumers that supply of water to Iroisemba, Naoremthong, Uripok, Lalambung, Lamphel, Lamphel quarters, CAU, RIMS, etc., shall cease from April 5 to 7.In an appeal, the PHED Division said that subsequent to completion of laying of new pipes of 600 mm diameter from Singda dam to the water treatment plant, charging of raw water to the newly laid pipeline will take place from April 5 to 7.As such, the pipe water supply to the aforementioned areas/locations shall be halted.
