Imphal, February 07 2013:
A team of 30 selected NSS volunteers comprising 15 girls and 15 boys under NSS Cell, MU left Imphal yesterday for participation in the 7-day Mega Comprehensive Training on Life Skills, Citizenship and Peer Education to be held at Don Bosco Institute, Guwahati.
The training organised by the Rajiv Gandhi National Institute for Youth Development is to be conducted during February 8-14 .
The NSS team led by L Kameih, NSS Programme Officer of Damdei Christian College was flagged off by Dr Ch Ibohal Singh, Programme Coordinator, NSS Cell, MU, informed a statement.
A total of 250 volunteers of the NE States would participate in the programme.
