Governor to inaugurate SC Girls' Hostel at DMU

Imphal, April 24 2025: Governor Ajay Kumar Bhalla will be inaugurating a "100 Bedded Scheduled Caste Girls' Hostel" at Dhanamanjuri University (DMU) campus on Friday.

Notably, the hostel was constructed by the Manipur Minorities and OBC Economic Development Society.

The inaugural function will also be graced by dignitaries, including Prof W Chandbabu Singh, Vice Chancellor, DMU; and H Gyan Prakash, Commissioner, Higher & Technical Education, Government of Manipur.

Later, the Governor will visit some of the science laboratories of the university.
