Imphal, March 22 2025: Eta Northeast Women's Network celebrated International Women's Day at Classic Grande, Chingmeirong today on the theme, "Accelerate Action" .

Additionally, "Women of Substance Awards 2025" were also distributed to exceptional women from various fields.

At the event, Konthoujam AC MLA, Dr Sapam Ranjan Singh delivered a lecture on the topic, "The ethical responsibilities of leaders in times of conflict" while AMKIL president Ema Nganbi Lourembam spoke on "Women in peace building : Architects of lasting peace" .

The event was moderated by Beerjurekha Samom, trustee of Eta.
