Imphal, April 03 2025: Representatives of the Indian Red Cross Society (IRCS), Imphal West District Branch, Manipur called on Governor Ajay Kumar Bhalla at Raj Bhavan, Imphal today.

The members briefed the Governor on various humanitarian activities undertaken by the IRCS for Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs), said a statement released by the Governor's Secretariat.

They also apprised him of the challenges faced while carrying out humanitarian services and sought assistance from Raj Bhavan.

In response, the Governor expressed appreciation for the selfless services of IRCS volunteers and acknowledged their concerns.
